A 350m² fruit and vegetable shop at the Caroline Springs precinct.

The shop aims to encapsulate the essence of the spring season and the name of the shop is derived from the Central’s name Caroline Springs Square.

The design intention is to break away from the traditional fruit and vegetable market using modern ambiance; by introducing darker tones to the internal space.

The colors of spring and of the fruits & vegetable are s ‘refreshing change’. The overall mood is to create opposition to fresh produce and the modern environment.
