Integrated Residential Resort Development of Sandhurst Club

 

Master planning and detailed design for an integrated resort community (310 Hectares) comprising two 18 hole golf courses designed by Peter Thompson.  The community is connected to a comprehensive network of cart paths linked to a club house and village precinct including a range of recreational, employment, retail, accommodation and residential uses, which also include the National Headquarters of the PGA. Environmental initiatives include a second pipe system providing recycled sewerage water for the golf course and domestic irrigation and retention of all of the existing River Red Guns, some of which are up to 400 years old, on site.
