Master planning and detailed design of this award winning resort community set around an18 hole Greg Norman design golf course and extensive inland waterway system created out of an historic salt works facility.

 

The project’s centrepiece is a vibrant waterfront village with a range of retail and recreational facilities.  All built form design is controlled through a set of design guidelines administered through an appointed Architectural Review Committee.

 

The community also operates on a special body corporate system bringing the highest levels of service, security and public domain development and maintenance.
